电机更换完毕后，检查线路、机械机构均无问题，卷帘门下方无障碍物，门下禁止通行，确认后开始试车调试限位。卷帘门的限位机构是安装在电机外壳上，称为限位螺套滑块式。试机前应先松开限位机构上的锁紧螺钉，然后用手拉动环形链条使门帘离地面1米左右，先试“上”、“停”、“下”按键，观察卷门升、停、降各功能是否灵敏可靠，若正常即可将门帘上升或下降到确定的位置，然后旋转限位螺套，调整碰微动开关滚轮，听到“滴答”声后，拧紧锁紧螺钉。反复调试，使限位达到位置时，再将锁紧螺钉用力旋紧即可。
