1.我们需要按照设计型号先行查阅产品说明书以及电气原理图，并仔细检查产品表面处理以及零附件，并测量产品各个部位的基本尺寸，查看门洞口适不适合卷帘门尺寸，而且对于导轨和支架的预埋件位置以及数量也要仔细检查清楚。

2.接下来需要测量洞口标高，并小心弹出两导轨垂线及卷筒线。

3.这一步需要将垫板电焊在预埋铁板上，然后使用螺丝固定卷筒的左右支架来进行卷筒安装，正确的卷筒安装之后应该是可以灵活转动的。

4.安装减速器、传动系统、电气拴街系统，并空载调试防火卷帘门，然后将事先装配好的帘板安装在卷筒上。

5.接下来按图纸规定位置安装导轨并焊成以体，各导轨需要在同一垂直平面上，之后可以安装水幕喷淋系统，并与总控制系统连接。
