Garage door motor does not move or slow. The fault is usually caused by broken wire, motor burning, stop button not reset, limit switch action and heavy load. Treatment methods: check the circuit and open it; replace the burnt motor; replace the button or press it repeatedly; push the limit switch slider away from the contact of the microswitch and adjust the position of the microswitch; check that there is no paper jam in the mechanical parts (if any), eliminate the paper jam and remove the obstacles.

处理：更换继电器（接触器）；更换微动开关或触点；固定滑动螺钉并复位板；更换制动器驱动齿轮；更换按钮。链条没有移动。失败的原因：环形链阻塞了十字槽；棘爪无法脱离棘轮；链架被卡住。处理方法：拉直环链；调整棘爪和链条框架的相对位置；更换或润滑销钉。

Treatment: replace relay (contactor); replace micro switch or contact; fix sliding screw and reset plate; replace brake drive gear; replace button. The chain did not move. Causes of failure: the ring chain blocked the cross groove; the pawl could not get off the ratchet; the chain frame was stuck. Treatment: straighten the ring chain; adjust the relative position of the pawl and the chain frame; replace or lubricate the pin.

电动机振动或噪音大故障原因：制动盘不平衡或损坏；制动盘未拧紧；轴承失油或失效；齿轮啮合不畅，油流失或磨损严重；电动机电流声或振动。处理方法：更换制动盘或重新调整天平；拧紧制动盘螺母；更换轴承；修理电动机轴输出端齿轮，进行润滑或更换；检查电动机，如果电动机损坏，请更换。

Causes of motor vibration or noise: brake disc is unbalanced or damaged; brake disc is not tightened; bearing oil loss or failure; gear meshing is not smooth, oil loss or serious wear; motor current sound or vibration. Treatment: replace the brake disc or readjust the balance; tighten the brake disc nut; replace the bearing; repair the motor shaft output end gear for lubrication or replacement; check the motor, if the motor is damaged, please replace it.
