电动卷帘门的电机与卷筒芯轴之间是由传动链条来连接，电机地脚用螺钉固定在链轮支架板上。更换电机前，必须将卷帘门降低端或用支架将卷帘门撑住。这是因为一是卷帘门的制动是靠电机本体上的制动器来起作用，电机拆除后，卷帘门则没有制动而自动下滑；二是可以使传动链条放松，方便将链条取下。

更换电机的步骤：将电机接线做好标记然后拆除，将电机地脚螺丝拧松将传动链条摘下，后将电机地脚螺丝拆除将电机取出；新电机安装顺序相反，但要注意，电机安装好后，其本体上的环形手拉链条应自然垂直向下，不得有卡阻现象。

电机更换完毕后，检查线路、机械机构均无问题，卷帘门下方无障碍物，门下禁止通行，确认后开始试车调试限位。卷帘门的限位机构是安装在电机外壳上，称为限位螺套滑块式。试机前应先松开限位机构上的锁紧螺钉，然后用手拉动环形链条使门帘离地面1米左右，先试“上”、“停”、“下”按键，观察卷门升、停、降各功能是否灵敏可靠，若正常即可将门帘上升或下降到确定的位置，然后旋转限位螺套，调整碰微动开关滚轮，听到“滴答”声后，拧紧锁紧螺钉。反复调试，使限位达到佳位置时，再将锁紧螺钉用力旋紧即可。

Before commissioning, loosen the locking screw on the limit mechanism, and then pull the annular chain by hand to make the door curtain about 1m away from the ground. First try the "up", "stop" and "down" buttons to observe whether the functions of lifting, stopping and lowering of the rolling door are sensitive and reliable. If they are normal, raise or lower the door curtain to the determined position, then rotate the limit screw sleeve, adjust and touch the microswitch roller to hear After the "tick" sound, tighten the locking screw. After repeated debugging, when the limit reaches a good position, tighten the locking screw with force.
