1、卷帘机应定期检查(少每年3次)，并根据需要及时加油，以确保快速卷帘门的正常使用。

2、快门安装位置的上端需要可靠的防火设施，在快门的滚筒下端制作包装箱和天花板时必须设置可拆卸的活动盖，快门弹王下端必须预约500×500mm的可拆卸检查孔，以便维护。

When making packaging boxes and ceilings at the lower end of the shutter drum, removable movable covers must be set up. A removable inspection hole of 500 x 500mm must be reserved at the lower end of the shutter king for maintenance.

3、快速卷帘门在开关停止过程中，应具有随位停止功能，不应停止并继续下降。如果下降距离大于50毫米，应立即仔细检查和修理快速卷帘门控制器和快速卷帘门制动器，直运行正常。

4、快速卷帘门底梁座的上止点必须与轴承座下端保持200mm以上的距离，以保证制动停止时冲顶现象不会发生。

5、如果快速卷帘门在运行过程中发生大抖动或异常声音，应停止检查，以排除妨碍门帘正常开关的杂物。

6、快速卷帘门帘和易锈部位应定期进行防腐、油漆和维护，严禁用重物和硬物冲击门面。
